What You'll Do:
- Consult with clients to assess their skin concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Perform a wide range of advanced medical-grade facial treatments, including chemical peels, microneedling, radio-frequency, and lasers (depending on licensure and training).
- Deliver exceptional and customized facial and body treatments tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide expert product recommendations and educate clients on skincare routines for optimal results.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting the team and exceeding expectations.
What We're Looking For:
- State Esthetician License required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical spa or similar setting.
- Deep understanding of the latest industry trends and technologies in skincare and aesthetic treatments.
